About:
In 2017 I relocated to Dubai to work with Emirates Airlines and their team on a large enterprise project for redesigning old web experience to a fresh one. I have worked on the Homepage, Flight Status, Travel Insurance, Customer Support, Ticket Booking, and Lounge experiences as well as contributed to Emirates' design system and styling guidelines.
I believe that my contribution helped to improve the experience of using Emirates products & services and have more convenient safe flights.
Every detail matters
There were numerous meetings, research, user interviews, and usability studies to build an experience that you can try yourself. I spent around 2 years actively working on this amazing project and supporting the team afterward.
Key results:
Besides the new amazing Emirates Web experience, I decided to share some positive results in key metrics for the period.
